As urban mobility continues to evolve, electric bicycles (e-bikes) have become a popular choice for commuting, leisure, and short-distance travel. In this rapidly growing market, an innovative technology company based in Shenzhen is making it possible to upgrade traditional bicycles with intelligent power assistance through lightweight and user-friendly design. The company is Shenzhen Lufei Intelligent Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.

Shenzhen Lufei Intelligent Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen-headquartered technology firm focused on developing electric bicycle assistance solutions. Unlike traditional manufacturers that produce complete e-bikes, the company does not build full bicycles.

Instead, it has developed a power-assist system that can be installed on conventional bikes, aiming to make cycling easier, more efficient, and more environmentally friendly.

The company’s core product, Kamingo, is an electric bike conversion kit designed to transform a conventional bicycle into a smart, power-assisted ride in minutes. The system works by attaching a compact motor to the bike’s rear wheel hub, connecting the battery and control unit to the frame, and integrating sensors that assist pedaling. Rather than replacing the bike entirely, Kamingo upgrades what riders already own.

The product centers on two key principles: lightweight engineering and everyday usability. Weighing just 2.3 kilograms—about the same as a slim laptop—the system is compact enough to carry with ease. Initial setup takes roughly three minutes, while daily attachment or removal can be completed in about 10 seconds, making it practical for commuters who need flexibility.

On the performance side, Kamingo packs a high-output motor delivering up to 750 watts of peak power, providing consistent assistance when climbing hills or accelerating from a stop. Riders can select from full electric, pedal assist, and traditional manual riding modes to meet varying terrain conditions and personal preferences.

The system runs on high energy-density 21700 battery cells and delivers a theoretical range of up to 90 kilometers, which is sufficient for daily commutes and extended weekend rides.

From a technical perspective, Kamingo uses a modular design that integrates the motor, battery, electronic control system, and sensors into a single, detachable kit. Compared with traditional fixed-structure electric bicycles, this approach offers greater flexibility.

Users do not need to purchase a new bike; they can simply attach the kit to their existing bicycle to upgrade it. The kit is also removable and reusable, compatible with a variety of bike models, and helps reduce resource waste.

Shenzhen Lufei Intelligent Innovation Technology delivers a smarter power solution for conventional bicycles through the Kamingo electric-assist kit. As global attention to green mobility and low-carbon transportation continues to grow, lightweight, installable electric-assist products are poised to play an increasingly important role in the future of urban transportation.
