KATY Perry and Orlando Bloom have broken their silence on reports they have split after nine years as they share a heartbreaking statement.
The Lifetimes popstar, 40, was revealed to have separated from her actor fiance, 48, earlier this month.

Now, the couple have seemingly confirmed their split for the first time as they revealed they have moved their relationship to “focus on co-parenting.”
Representatives for the couple told E! News: “Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting.
“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is—and always will be—raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”
Katy welcomed the couple’s only child, Daisy Dove Bloom, in 2020, shorty after the first Covid lockdown.
The couple first began dating in early 2016 and had on on-off romance until they became engaged in 2019.
Katy has been away from Orlando for over two months since embarking on the start of her year-long The Lifetimes Tour.
He was recently spotted enjoying himself at Jeff Bezos’ wedding whilst she performed to hundreds of thousands of fans in Australia.
Speculation has been floating all year that all was not well with the couple amid reports they were living incredibly separate lives.
As she closed out the Australian leg of her tour earlier this week, Katy was seen fighting tears in the wake of her split.
Making a heart with her fingers, Katy’s voice started to crack as she addressed the crowd.
“Thank you Australia for always being there for me,” she said, clearly fighting back tears.
Meanwhile, Katy’s ex-Orlando took to Instagram to share a series of cryptic posts.
Hinting at his life taking a new direction, one read: “Each day is a new beginning.
“What we do today is what matters most.”

Last week, The Sun reported how the star couple held crisis talks to try to save their relationship after leading increasingly separate lives.
An insider said: “No one has decided it’s definitely the end of the road for Katy and Orlando.
“They both love each other, but they have been living different lives for at least a year and in different mindsets.”
