This Spanish agency, based in Barcelona, has more than 18 years old, and specializes in the development of advertising campaigns for brands, media and performance; as well as in the deployment of social strategies and in the design of digital experiences.
Knowmad Mood has paid 2.8 million euros for the agency, and also an additional incentive has been agreed if the company satisfies a business plan satisfactorily in the 2025, 2026 and 2027 years.
In addition, Buzz has incorporated artificial intelligence into the elaboration of its advertising campaigns, allowing Knowmad Mood, thanks to the incorporation of the agency’s team, having more possibilities for the development of omnicanal proposals that combine technology and strategy. It reinforces its ability to offer comprehensive solutions that stand out for their innovation.
Founded in 2007, Buzz is an independent creative agency specialized in the creation of content and digital experiences, as well as in design. In 2024, he registered non -audited income of 4.9 million euros, and an Ebitda margin of more than 10%. Among its clients, both national and international, there are brands of great consumption, financial entities and NGOs. For example, CaixaBank, Fritravich, Henkel or total energy.
The company has a team of more than 60 professionals and is based in Barcelona. All will become part of the Knowmad Mood squad, which with Buzz has made their second acquisition this year after integrating Vanture Ess, specialized in SAP and Odoo solutions, last February. In both cases, the operations follow the strategic line of the consultant, which goes through improving its ability to offer 360º solutions that combine technology, creativity and strategy.
This operation arrives at a time of growth for Knowmad Mood, which closed 2024 with 210 million euros of business, 25% more than in 2023, and a standardized ebitda of 15.8 million euros, 52.7% higher than that of the previous year.
Their plans go to enter 550 million euros in 2028, as well as grow your international area until it supposes a quarter of the business. They currently have a presence in a dozen countries, and has a workforce of more than 3,000 professionals.
