Thanks to this program, both professionals who are active and people who are looking for employment, who reside or work in the Community of Madrid and who are over 20 years old, can access structured training and adapted to the demands of the labor market, in addition to strengthening their digital competences.
In the presentation of the program, Rocío Albert López-Ibor, Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madridstressed that his goal with this initiative is «Prepare professionals in skills demanded by the labor market, since we know that there are companies that do not find qualified personnel. In addition, this program adapts to the urgency and relevance of training in a context such as the current one, where changes and adaptation needs are constant, especially at the technological level ».
As to Ángel Sáenz de Cenzano, general director of LinkedIn Spain and Portugalhas highlighted the need for continuous training, stressing that «The integration of artificial intelligence The labor market is already completely redefining. By 2030, more than 70% of the skills demanded by companies will have changed, so the only way to remain relevant is through continuous training: knowing how to adapt, learn, unlearn and relear. And precisely with this initiative we want to accompany the citizens of the Community of Madrid in this process of change, providing them with the necessary skills to evolve professionally, strengthen their competitiveness and confront with confidence the challenges of the future labor ».
The program will be active throughout 2025. It will offer courses classified into three key categories: business, creative and technical. The participants in the program completed by the courses will receive an official accreditation of LinkedIn Learning in two competition units: one focused on the creation of digital content and another oriented to the development of digital skills to improve productivity through collaborative tools.
In addition, this program will feature the support of WTC, a specialized partner in digital training, which will support students, in addition to monitoring their evolution and managing the delivery of certificates endorsed by the Community of Madrid.
