Apple is expected to unveil its next Macbook Air with M4 chipset. The company has already launched the Macbook Air 13 inch and Macbook Air 15 inch, powered by M3 chipset in March 2024. Now as we are moving forward towards 2025, the tech giant will launch several devices including the next iPhone 17 series. The first iPad Pro was launched powered by M4 chipset back in May 2024. Now several reports are coming forward with specifications and features about the upcoming Macbook Air M4.
Macbook Air M4:
The latest reports claim that we can expect the Macbook Air M4 to debut in early 2025. To recall, the last Maacbook Air was launched in March 2024. So we can expect the same time zone for the next product. We only have few months left to witness the next flagship product from Apple. The next generation Macbook Air is expected to be powered by M4 chip which is used in several devices including iPad Pro, M4 MacBook Pro, M4 Mac Mini and the M4 iMac. The chip comes with 10-core CPU, a 10-core GPU and a Neural Engine which enhances the overall AI experience.
The upcoming Macbook Air could feature the exact same design that was launched in 2024. As per reports, the tech giant could soon start manufacturing the 13 and 15 inch Macbook’s with a codename J713 and J714. Apple is likely to integrate the same design that was used in the 2021’s Macbook Pro of 14 and 16 inch, which means the upcoming Macbook will not get a redesigning.
It will likely come with 16GB RAM and will come equipped with Apple Intelligence. There can be four speaker sound system along with MagSafe support for wireless charging. To power the laptop, it could offer 18 hours battery life.
