Users fume on social media
Lebara customers are venting their frustration on social media as the mobile network continues to suffer a widespread outage.
Users across the UK are reporting issues with mobile internet, calls, and texting — and they’re not happy about the lack of communication from the company.
“To think you’d update on your page about the network going down,” one user wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
Another added: “No, it’s not the end of the world — but they should update this on their page and they haven’t.”
Some are facing more serious consequences.
