Microsoft launches Tencent App Store Zone in Windows Store for Chinese users · TechNode

Microsoft has officially announced the launch of a new section for Tencent’s App Store on the Windows Store, with the area now available to members of the Windows Preview program in China. Tencent App Store Zone offers Tencent-created and -owned Android-based mobile applications within the Microsoft Store for the first time on the Chinese Windows platform. The new section features over 1,000 mobile apps, including productivity tools, social apps, creative software, and games. Microsoft stated that additional apps will be continuously added in the future. The collaboration between Tencent and Microsoft Store was first announced in May. [Microsoft, in Chinese]
