Microsoft has been making changes to its Surface series recently, with two new models joining the lineup and the brand removing two base models from its online store. Now, a report says the Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio 2 is nearing end-of-life, with no replacement on the horizon.

Sources tell The Verge’s Tom Warren that Surface Laptop Studio 2 production has stopped. It remains in stock on the company’s website and at various third-party retailers, but if these sources are correct, stock might dry up sooner rather than later.”:

“Microsoft will continue to support Surface Laptop Studio 2 through driver and firmware updates in accordance with the Surface Driver and Firmware Lifecycle,” one Surface retailer told Warren.

The report also suggests Microsoft doesn’t have any plans for a follow-up to the Laptop Studio 2. It plans to mark the device for end-of-life by the end of June. Microsoft has so far declined to comment on the rumor.

In our review of the Laptop Studio 2, PCMag gave it a 4.5-star rating as well as an Editors’ Choice award. “Microsoft’s Surface Laptop Studio 2 significantly ramps up the performance with modern parts and dedicated AI processing—all while maintaining the unique pull-forward touch-screen design,” Matthew Buzzi writes.

The company’s most recent new Surface products are a 13-inch Surface Laptop at $899 and a 12-inch Surface Pro sold for $799.
