MinsaitIndra’s subsidiary, has developed a IA -based solution y Designed to facilitate and expedite communication between institutions and citizens. This tool allows to generate clearer and accessible texts, in addition to incorporating standardized templates and support functions for public administrations professionals. Thanks to this, it facilitates the writing of official documents and reduces the complexity of administrative language.

The solution uses AI, virtual assistants and real -time data analysis to transform complex texts into more concise and understandable versions. In addition, it minimizes writing and interpretation errors, and expedite procedures. In this way, the efficiency and transparency of the work of administrations improves, in addition to contributing to improving confidence in the public sector.

In the development of the tool has intervened a multidisciplinary team from Minsait, composed of linguistics specialists, consulting, design, user experience, AI and data science. Its design is flexible and scalable, and allows you to adapt to the specific needs of each organism, as well as adapt to different areas.

Among them, social services (payrolls and benefit resolution), tax taxes and communications, justice (legal notifications and judicial citations), electronic government (official newspapers and bulletins) and health (high reports, pharmacological prescriptions).

In addition to optimizing the writing, in the design of this tool in Minsait they have used an architecture and a content design adapted to the identity, needs and capabilities of people. To do this, its creators have used intuitive graphic resources to present the information clearly and accessible.

Thus they manage to ensure their effectiveness in different channels, such as web pages, electronic headquarters and mobile devices. With this tool, Minsait supports the digital transformation of the public sector, and facilitates compliance with the objectives of the Public Administrations digitalization plan.

According to Patricia Leal, responsible for clear communication in Minsait«It is crucial that public administrations communicate effectively and transparently. In Minsait, we work with them using our methodology to address clear communication projects and implementing tools based on AI that simplify the relationship with citizens. With this technology, we take an important step to ensure that the information is understandable for all people, regardless of their formative or cutural level. An accessible and inclusive communication that allows citizens to understand and access public services, thus guaranteeing their rights«.
