Motorola is planning to launch a new phone and there are chances that it is going to be the Moto Edge 60 Pro. In a recent development, the smartphone has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. The smartphone carries model number XT2503-2 model number on BIS as mentioned in a report by Xpertpick. The device has also made an appearance on the EEC certification website with model number X2503-2.
The main reason why the rumors point out that the handset is going to be Moto 60 Pro is because the last two phones from the series have similar model numbers chronology Moto – Edge 50 Pro (XT-2403-4) and Moto Edge 40 Pro (XT2303-2). There are chances that the device will be launched in a similar price range as the Moto Edge 50 Pro. High chances are that the base variant of the upcoming phone will be priced somewhere between Rs 32,000 to Rs 35,000.
What did we get to see in the Moto Edge 50 Pro?
The Moto Edge 50 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch OLED display coupled with 144Hz refresh rate along with 2000 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. It operates on the Android 14 operating system and the company has promised three major Android updates for the device too.
In terms of optics, we get to see a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, a 10MP telephoto shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), and a 13MP ultra wide-angle shooter. For the sake of selfies and video calls, the phone sports a 50MP front snapper as well. Moto Edge 50 Pro is powered by a 4500mAh battery along with 50W wired fast charging support along with 10W wireless charging support.
