At MWC 2026 in Barcelona, Spain, Lenovo unveiled two AI companion products — AI Workmate and AI Work Companion. Workmate resembles a desktop robotic arm, featuring a circular display on top that can show expressions. It supports voice and gesture interaction, can scan documents to generate PowerPoint presentations, and project them for display.

Work Companion takes the form of a desktop clock. It integrates schedules across multiple devices, generates daily plans with one click, monitors screen time and reminds users to take breaks. On weekends, it produces a summary report of completed tasks. The two products highlight Lenovo’s forward-looking strategy in scenario-based AI applications and could help redefine the future workplace experience. [TechNode Reporting]
