ANTHONY EDWARDS’ punishment following his latest technical foul has been revealed.
The shooting guard received his 16th technical of the season in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ narrow defeat to the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday.

Edwards, who went into the game with 14 technicals to his name, was ejected for arguing with the referee in the third quarter for a non-call on a potential foul.
His latest technical is a costly one for the Timberwolves as it’s earned him an automatic one-match suspension.
That means Chris Finch will be unable to call on his services next Friday for the Timberwolves’ clash with the Utah Jazz.
And Finch publicly blasted the 23-year-old for his lack of discipline, saying: “He’s got to be better.
“He’s gotta be better. He’s had too many outbursts.
“I think a lot of them [technical fouls] are deserved.
“They’re gonna miss some calls from time to time, for sure.
“But he’s gotta be better, and we’ve been talking to him about it, so it’s on him.”

Finch’s sentiment was echoed by ESPN analyst Brian Windhorst, who said: “Even if the 16th tech was soft, he’s got another 15 of them.
“He’s an excellent player. He is absolutely the heart of the Timberwolves.
“But he’s got to be available to them. He’s not playing the second night of a back-to-back without three starters in Salt Lake City.
“He’s hurt them (Thursday), he’s hurt them (Friday), not acceptable for Ant Edwards.
“He’s got so much going for him; he’s got to control his emotions better.”
