NEW Orleans officials have provided an update to Wednesday’s college football game in the city after a deadly attack.
At least 10 people were killed and 35 injured after a truck “intentionally” plowed into a crowd.

The shocking incident on the famous Bourbon Street marred New Year’s celebrations in the city.
New Orleans is also scheduled to host a big college football game on New Year’s Day.
Football fans have descended upon the city in Louisiana for the CFP playoff clash.
And officials have decided to ramp up security ahead of the Sugar Bowl game.
Notre Dame takes on Georgia at the Caesers Superdome at 8.45 pm ET – 7.45 pm local time.
And fans have been warned to stay away from Bourbon Street leading up to the game.
New Orleans Police Department superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick gave an update, via NBC affiliate WDSU.
She said, “We are going to make sure our routes and our Superdome are safe today for the game.
“And yet we had this tragic event and we’re sorry to everyone.
“But we do want you to go about the day – just stay away from Bourbon Street.”
Bourbon Street is a famed attraction in the heart of the city featuring bars and restaurants.
The game between Notre Dame and Georgia takes place at the home of the New Orleans Saints.
The NFL stadium is also scheduled to host Super Bowl LIX on Sunday 9 February.
Notre Dame’s game against Georgia will have the eyes of the sporting world on it.
It is one of the traditional New Year’s Six games in college football featuring the top teams.

And this year it serves as a quarterfinal in the College Football Playoff.
The first quarterfinal took place on New Year’s Eve with the other two being played earlier on New Year’s Day.
New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell says the city has been impacted by a “terrorist attack.”
The perpetrator drove his pick-up truck down Bourbon Street “at a very fast pace” and was “trying to run over as many people as he possibly could”, police superintendent Kirkpatrick said.
The driver swerved around barricades to get to crowds before opening fire and shooting two police officers.
It happened around 3.15 am local time as New Year celebrations were taking place.
