Ninebot Electric announced on Friday that it has noticed reports of unauthorized removal of its “Little Flyer” logo from users’ electric motorcycles. In response, the company is offering a free logo re-installation service. Users can visit a designated store with their vehicle and verify ownership using their registered phone number in the Ninebot Travel App. Additionally, Ninebot Electric will introduce logo-themed merchandise in its official store on the app. The company is expediting restocking to complete replenishment within 30 days, with each vehicle eligible for one free logo replacement within two years.
