Nintendo has confirmed which games will be coming to its Virtual Boy library later this year, including two canceled classics.

Last year, Nintendo announced that its divisive 1995 Virtual Boy console would be getting a second life on the Switch Online Library.

From February 17, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers will be able seven titles including Galactic Pinball, Red Alarm and Virtual Boy Wario Land with more heading to the service before the year is out. Check out the full list below.

To play the classic games, Switch users will need to buy a replica of the original “stereoscopic 3D system” for £66.99, or the cheaper cardboard equivalent (£16.99). As it stands, there are no plans to turn the Virtual Boy classics into 2D releases.

Later this year, an update will allow Nintendo Switch Online subscribers to change the screen color of the Virtual Boy games. Two previously unreleased games are also set to join the Virtual Boy library. Zero Racers was set to launch in 1996 as the 3D sequel to 1990’s F-Zero alongside top-down action-adventure game D-Hopper (AKA Dragon Hopper). Both games were finished but never released due to the poor sales of the Virtual Boy.

The Virtual Boy remains Nintendo’s lowest-selling console ever, with just 770,000 units sold. Their second lowest-selling console, the Wii U, sold more than 13million. However fans are hoping more “lost” games will be released via the Virtual Boy library.

Earlier this month, Nintendo confirmed which GameCube titles will be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 this year as part of the Online Library.

In other news, free-to-play shooter Highguard launched earlier this week but is struggling to live up to the hype.
