If you’re after a true bargain in the world of tablets then look no further than this outstanding offer from Amazon.

It’s no secret that if you want a tablet device on the cheaper end of the scale then Android-based ones tend to be the better option, but this particular deal on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite just puts Apple’s iPad range to shame.

Head on over to Amazon right now and you can pick up the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with the S Pen included for just $199.99, making it an absolute bargain compared to the $329.99 price point that the tablet originally went for at launch last year.

With the S Pen stylus included, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite now massively undercuts Apple’s entry-level iPad at only $199.99.

Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has been around in some form or another for a few years now, this 2024 update brings it up to more modern standards with a newer chipset in the form of the Samsung Exynos 1280.

As you’d expect, you can use the S6 Lite for entertainment with apps like Netflix and Disney Plus being readily available, not to mention fun games to pass the time including Balatro and Among Us, but where the device really shines is with the S Pen.

This included stylus allows Samsung’s tablet to become a portal for digital artists, letting them draw with phenomenal precision. If, like me, you’re not gifted with the ability to draw, then you can alternatively use the S Pen to take handwritten notes – helpful for when you want to do a bit of free-flowing brainstorming.

For those who want to dabble in a spot of productivity, the Samsung DeX mode allows the S6 Lite to function more like a desktop computer, where you can have multiple windows open at a time.

In spite of all of these features, the S6 Lite still manages to live up to its name by being a lightweight device, coming in at only a single pound on the scales. It’s the type of device that you’ll barely feel when carried around in a backpack.

Given that Apple’s entry-level iPad starts at $349 and you have to buy the Apple Pencil separately, Samsung’s offer is easily the better buy for cost-conscious consumers.
