Nucleus Software, an Indian provider of digital lending and transaction banking solutions, has appointed Mukul Agrawal as Regional Sales Head for Southeast Asia (SEA). The announcement was made today as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its senior leadership in the region.
The shares of Nucleus Software Exports Limited were trading at ₹1,052.60 down by ₹5.50 or 0.52 per cent on the NSE today at 1.20 pm.
Agrawal, an IIM Ahmedabad MBA graduate with over three decades of sales experience in SEA, will lead the company’s business expansion and product portfolio management in the region. The appointment aligns with Nucleus Software’s initiative to enhance its global sales organization and expand its market presence.

The company currently serves more than 200 financial institutions across 50 countries through its flagship products FinnOne Neo and FinnAxia. Its platforms process over 26 million daily transactions and manage more than US $700 billion in loans globally, excluding India, where it handles US $500 billion in loans.
Vishnu R. Dusad, Managing Director and Co-founder of Nucleus Software, emphasized that Agrawal’s expertise in the financial services industry would be crucial for strengthening the company’s presence in SEA and delivering innovative solutions to clients.
