In a post-ceremony dialogue with HKUST Council Chairman Harry Shum, Huang emphasized the Greater Bay Area’s (GBA) global advantages. He noted that the GBA uniquely integrates both electromechanical and AI technologies, creating a fertile ground for the robotics industry. While Japan and Germany excel in electromechanical engineering, Huang said they lag in AI, positioning the GBA as unparalleled in this domain.
