What advice would you give to a first-time founder?
Studying is a great way to identify your natural strengths and weaknesses, and working for a company allows you to learn how to manage tasks using your strengths and weaknesses, while building networks of great people and customers (and get paid for it).
While working, observe and learn from the different behaviours of others and yourself. Focus on discovering what leadership style works best for you. Understand what you don’t want to do and identify the things that thrive and motivate you….
