OpenZFS 2.2.8 Released With Newer Linux Kernel Support

While OpenZFS 2.3 has been stable for several months, for those still relying on the OpenZFS 2.2 series there is a new stable point release.

OpenZFS 2.2.8 supports the Linux 4.18 through Linux 6.15 kernels, up from the prior Linux 6.12 upper-limit on OpenZFS 2.2.7. FreeBSD 13.3 and newer continues to be supported too.

OpenZFS 2.2.8 also brings test suite updates like adding AlmaLinux 10, various continuous integration (CI) updates, and an assortment of other bug fixes.
