OPPO is reportedly working on two new A-series smartphones – the OPPO A6 4G and OPPO A6x 5G. The devices are rumoured to hit the Indian market too. Ahead of the launch, a reliable leakster has revealed the key specifications of the Indian variant of the upcoming OPPO A6x 5G. According to the leak, the phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and pack a 6,500mAh battery. Here’s everything we know so far about the OPPO A6x 5G. OPPO A6x Specifications, Features (Leaked)
Tipster Abhishek Yadav took to X to share that the Indian variant of the OPPO A6x will sport a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which also powers the OPPO A5x. Under the hood, it will pack a 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

The tipster, however, did not reveal the RAM and storage configurations for the OPPO A6x 5G. It is rumoured to run on Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box.
For optics, the tipster claims the OPPO A6x 5G Indian variant will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 13MP main sensor and a secondary VGA sensor. On the front, it could house a 5MP selfie camera.
In terms of durability, the OPPO A6x 5G is said to offer IP64-rated build for dust and water resistance. The device is expected to measure 8.58mm in thickness and weigh around 212 grams.
The OPPO A6x 5G recently appeared on Malaysia’s SIRIM database with the model number CPH2819, hinting that the device will soon launch in Asian markets.
To recall, the OPPO A5x 5G debuted in India in May this year. At launch, it was priced at Rs 13,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The phone comes in two colour options – Laser White and Midnight Blue.
