Amid growing user complaints on social media about green lines appearing on smartphone screens, Oppo has issued an official response. The company stated: “For devices experiencing the screen line issue, we will offer free screen replacement services for phones purchased within four years. For devices over four years old, users can still enjoy discounted screen replacement at prices lower than the market rate.” In recent days, multiple media outlets have reported that a number of Oppo users have encountered the issue, sharing images of green lines appearing on their phone displays. Affected models include those from the Find X series, Reno series, and Oppo’s sub-brand OnePlus. Most of the impacted devices have been in use for less than four years. [Jiemian, in Chinese]
