We no longer present Apple’s famous wireless headsets. This is still an excellent quality product; with their high-end sound reproduction and one of the best active noise reductions on the market, these are simply excellent earbuds in absolute terms.
But they become particularly interesting for those who have already dove headfirst into the Apple ecosystem, since they offer a host of additional features to those who have an iPhone. The only downside: a high Price compared to the competition which is likely to dissuade owners of Android devices.
Nothing Ear (a)
Punchy in the low end and surprisingly precise in the highs, the latest earbuds from the Carl Pei band also benefit from very decent autonomy and first-class active noise reduction which has nothing to envy of the models the most high-end.
Overall, it is a very balanced device, a real audio Swiss army knife to which it is very difficult to direct the slightest criticism. It is simply an excellent compromise at around €100, especially since they are often offered on sale at extremely attractive prices.

Technics EAH-AZ80
Technics is certainly less well known than Apple, Sony, Bose and others, but its EAH AZ80 has absolutely nothing to envy of the products of these giants of the audio ecosystem. In terms of raw audio quality, these are real gems. Their remarkable balance may make them a little dull for those used to models with oversized bass, but it also makes them incredibly versatile – and that’s not to mention their tremendous clarity which has few equivalents on the side of the wireless earbuds. Even those accustomed to high-end audiophile equipment will find their way there!
Add efficient active noise reduction, a quality microphone, more than satisfactory battery life and ergonomics, and you get a product that simply has no rival in this price range – so much so that we come to question the relevance of more expensive earbuds. Real gems!

Sony WH-1000XM4
Even if Sony no longer dominates the headset market outside Apple as was the case a few years ago, it still has very serious arguments on the headphone side. Its WH-1000XM4 is a great example. It offers simply superb audio quality across the entire spectrum, with first-class comfort that allows it to be used for hours continuously without the slightest problem.
Add impeccable finishing, truly phenomenal active noise reduction, fairly gigantic battery life, and a lower price than the brand new XM5 model, and you get an ultra competitive headset that can accompany you for years without problem. A sure value!

Sony WH-CH520
It’s not just at the high end that Sony stands out. Its WH-CH520 are also excellent products for those who do not have the same expectations in terms of rendering and functionality. Rather well balanced, remarkably comfortable and well built for an entry-level product, we can however criticize it for a fairly light autonomy and sound insulation which leaves something to be desired, especially when compared to its big brother above.
But these are entirely tolerable concessions knowing that this headset is offered at an extremely attractive price: count on less than €50 for this very useful headset! An essential reference for those looking for decent audio equipment at an ultra-competitive price.
