Plug and Play has selected the 10 startups participating in its second Seattle-based accelerator program, and six of the 10 are from the region.

The selected cohort is made up of early stage companies across enterprise software, biotech, cybersecurity, and health tech.

The startups will take part in a 12-week program beginning Monday and running through mid-December. Founders will gain access to mentorship, corporate introductions, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Here are the 10 startups, with descriptions of their work provided by Plug and Play:

  • Aira Security, Seattle. Helps businesses stay protected from AI risks by detecting harmful content and securing sensitive data in real time.
  • Casium, Seattle. An immigration services platform that helps founders, professionals, and businesses fast-track U.S. visa applications through expert-led, streamlined processes.
  • CodeChimp (formerly Bili), Seattle. AI-native project management platform built for vibe coding, seamlessly integrating humans and AI agents. It enables scalable vibe coding across teams, organizations, and the entire development lifecycle.
  • Pauling.AI, Seattle. On a mission to transform drug discovery, using AI to dramatically accelerate the journey from idea to molecule.
  • Polybiomics, Seattle. Developed a live cell analysis platform that streamlines drug discovery. Using AI, it turns complex data into clear insights, helping researchers predict results faster, cut costs, and keep samples intact.
  • Nitecapp, Seattle. A platform and technology services provider for the beverage and hospitality industries. Their platform helps hospitality chains empower their staff to drive revenue from their beverage and food programs.
  • Sift Biosciences, San Carlos, Calif. Utilizing AI to supercharge existing cancer therapies by unlocking the potential of microorganisms for next-gen immunotherapy.
  • Nexodata, Calgary, Alberta. A cryptographic data loss prevention software protecting enterprises from data loss, the most costly damage in ransomware attacks.
  • Spacedock (formerly Orbital Outpost X), Santa Clara, Calif. Developing the backbone of future in-space infrastructure. They are creating the connective layer that makes modularity in orbit both possible and practical.
  • Cygeniq, Princeton, N.J., Providing enterprise-grade AI cybersecurity solutions, ensuring the safe and responsible development and deployment of AI technologies.

Much of the programming will take place at Plug and Play’s Seattle office inside the University of Washington’s CoMotion Labs. Plug and Play also has space at SNBL Global Gateway in Everett, Wash.

“The fact that these founders — both from within the Pacific Northwest and beyond — have chosen Seattle as a key market for commercialization speaks volumes about the region’s strength as a hub for innovation and scale. We’re proud to play a part in their growth stories,” said Jack Callaghan, director of Plug and Play Seattle, in a news release on Friday.

Silicon Valley-based Plug and Play first announced it was coming to Seattle last November, adding to its more than 60 locations worldwide.

In addition to startup accelerators, Plug and Play runs corporate innovation programs and has an in-house venture capital fund that has backed companies such as Dropbox, Gurdant Health, Honey, Lending Club, and PayPal.
