Chinese autonomous driving company Pony.ai has completed filing registration with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for its planned Hong Kong IPO. According to the filing, the company intends to issue up to 102,146,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Pony.ai went public on Nasdaq in November 2024, raising $260 million, and later issued an additional $153 million in Class A shares to four investors. Earlier this year, both Pony.ai and fellow autonomous driving firm WeRide denied plans for Hong Kong listings, but their IPO filings were registered with the CSRC on the same day.
