The wizard, developed by Prosegur engineers, has a high level of security, and aims to help purchasing managers in the ICT environment. It is called Lexia and increases employee analysis capabilities, in addition to reducing the consultation time of the contractual conditions of any document. In addition, it allows progress in the development of an intelligent repository, in which they can get information quickly and foresee.
Lexia, thanks to the combination of advanced AI algorithms, will support its users to perform information and impact analysis on regulatory and business changes. It will also facilitate the management of the scoring of contractual risks, in addition to making recommendations to negotiate with suppliers and customers. All while comparing documents with the company’s framework agreement and answers generic or specific questions made throughout the administrative process.
This assistant is based on natural language, semantic search, data structuring, safety and regulatory compliance, also adds privacy, since it has been designed to work in a safe information environment. This is because it guarantees the confidentiality of the material it manages.
