The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 is built on TSMC’s 4nm process and features a “1+7” core architecture. It includes one X4 prime core at 3.21 GHz, three A720 cores at 3.01 GHz, two A720 cores at 2.80 GHz, and two A720 cores at 2.02 GHz, integrated with the Adreno 825 GPU. [IThome, in Chinese]
