LATE reality TV star Kirk Medas revealed his “only regret” in life with a series of tragic social media posts just weeks before his death.
Beloved MTV ace Medas revealed he had been trying hard to turn his life around over the past 12 months in one of his final Instagram posts.

Medas, who was best known for his appearance on “Floribama Shore”, died after spending two weeks on a ventilator due to a “severe case of necrotizing pancreatitis”, his family told TMZ.
His official cause of death was confirmed as liver failure.
Despite his long term health battles, Medas always remained positive with his fans.
His final ever post online came on April 16 – just two days before he was hospitalized in a Florida intensive care unit.

He shared a snap of him smiling and enjoying the sun in Miami.
A second image from a few weeks earlier again shows the TV star with a beaming grin on his face.
The picture was captioned: “GRATEFUL.”
One of the more heartbreaking posts shared only six weeks before Medas fell seriously ill saw him share a positive life update with his 310,000 followers.
It featured a video of Medas working out in the gym and pushing his body to the limit along with his friends.
The words “it’s up to you” were imposed over the compilation of clips.
Medas shared the inspirational video alongside a now tragic caption where he described how he has been actively trying to live a better life.
It read: “Lost a lot the past year but stayed resilient through it all. Mind, body, spirit. Changing my lifestyle completely was the start.
“Putting down the bottle and picking up the Bible was the best thing I ever done.
“My only regret is not making such changes earlier on in life.
“Still far from perfect but my mind is so much more clear. This is the loneliness men should go through. Me vs me.”
Medas rose to fame in 2017 after starring in “Floribama Shore” alongside Aimee Hall, Nilsa Prowant, Gus Smyrnios, Jeremiah Buoni, Candace Rice, Codi Butts and Kortni Gilson.
He appeared on the hit MTV series from 2017 to 2021.

Before his death, Medas’ co-stars told fans about his illness and shared a GoFundMe set up by his mum to help cover his hospital expenses.
Prowant wrote on Instagram: “Thank you all so much for the overwhelming love, prayers, donations, messages, and support for Kirk.
“Watching someone you love go through something so painful and uncertain is heartbreaking, but your messages, prayers, and kind words have truly lifted us in this dark time.”
After his tragic passing was announced co-star Hall paid tribute to a “brother” and a “best friend”.
She wrote on Facebook: “Kirk had the kindest soul, a heart full of love for everyone he met, and a spirit that brought people together.
“He truly was the glue that held us all close.
“Though my heart is shattered, I find peace in knowing he’s no longer in pain.
“He’s in heaven now – free, whole, and making everyone laugh the way only he could.”
