The latest smart ring isn’t from a tech company but sports brand Reebok.
Reebok has released various smartwatches and activity trackers over the last few years, but this is its first tiny tracker. The wearable comes with features we’ve come to expect from the form factor through rivals like the Oura Ring 4 or Samsung Galaxy Ring.

The Reebok Smart Ring includes heart rate tracking, sleep quality, activity levels, recovery statistics, and more. There’s also skin temperature tracking, blood oxygen monitoring, and stress level features.
All of your sleep quality, activity, and stress data is combined into what Reebok calls a “health snapshot,” or One Score. The idea here is to give you one result to monitor each day so you can make changes if it drops below a recommended level. Your statistics will also feed into the Reebok Fitness App on Android and iPhone. Reebok says you can “view trends, set goals, join challenges, and access guided wellness content.”
The ring is made of titanium, and it comes in three colors: Matte Black, Matte Silver, and Shiny Gold. Reebok has yet to share exact dimensions or weight, but it calls the ring “low-profile” and “feather-light.”
The ring features a rechargeable battery that will last for between five to seven days, depending on how much you’re using it. It takes around two hours to charge, which is more than its rivals. The Oura Ring 4 takes around 80 minutes to recharge, while the Samsung Galaxy Ring can take up to 90 minutes.

The Reebok Smart Ring is on sale now through its US website for $249. It reportedly includes a one-year membership to the Reebok Fitness app, after which you’ll need to pay for premium features.
Sizing is limited, with a black version of the ring only available in size six. Gold is limited to six or 11, and the silver is in sizes 10, 11, or 13. You can sign up for notifications from Reebok for when it will restock.
