Samsung is finally ready to release the S25 Edge, its thinnest Galaxy phone yet.
On Wednesday night, Samsung released a video clip featuring the words “Beyond slim” next to what looks like a silhouette of the phone. It teases more details on Monday, May 12, during a special event that’ll be streamed on Samsung.com.
Samsung tells us the virtual event will start at 8 p.m. EST and be live-streamed on its official YouTube channel.

The phone didn’t exactly look groundbreaking, considering Samsung’s existing S25 phones are already fairly thin, between 0.28 to 0.34 inches, depending on the model. Still, Samsung is hyping up the S25 Edge as more than just a “slim smartphone.”

“By pushing the boundaries of mobile technology, we’re going beyond what users expect and opening up new possibilities,” Samsung said in a statement. “The latest addition to the Galaxy S series is both a powerful AI companion and an engineering marvel, merging flagship-level performance with superior portability.”
