The chief executive of global software giant SAP has urged political leaders to avoid a tariff led trade war, saying all countries and businesses will lose out if current geopolitical tensions escalate.
Christian Klein, SAP’s 44-year-old German chief executive spoke to The Australian Financial Review, while visiting Australia last week, and said an “empathetic” bridge-building approach from world leaders was needed, as his company cashes in on global business demand for artificial intelligence developments.
