The Outdoor 4 is the latest version of Blink’s wireless security camera line-up, and allows you to keep an eye on your home either from your phone or via an Alexa-enabled device, such as an Echo Show.
Setting up the Blink Outdoor 4 is seamless, as you just need to sign into the Blink iOS or Android smartphone app, plug in the Sync Module and connect it to Wi-Fi. You then just need to insert the included batteries into the camera itself then follow the in-app instructions.
Once you’re set up, you can open the Blink app at any time to see a 1080p HD live view, infrared night vision and, thanks to two-way audio, speak to anyone at your door with ease.
Although it’s not compulsory, we would recommend that you upgrade to the Blink Subscription Plan which starts at just $3 a month for one device and includes person detection to help reduce the amount of unnecessary notifications you receive and Cloud storage.
