SEATTLE Seahawks fans are growing fed up with one of their star players.
Wide receiver DK Metcalf’s antics on the field have some NFL fans calling for his job.
Metcalf appeared to lose his cool during the Seattle Seahawks’ matchup against the Chicago Bears on Thursday night.
During the game, Metcalf and Bears defender Tyrique Stevenson got wrapped up on a play.
After that play, the two started jawing at each other before pushing and shoving.
Metcalf shoved Stevenson in the face multiple times before sticking his finger through his face mask.
Eventually, Metcalf went as far as to headbutt Stevenson.
Bears defensive lineman Demarcus Walker had to separate the two, but Metcalf turned his attention to him and started shoving again.
Metcalf was given two penalties for personal fouls, but wasn’t ejected from the game.
However, that didn’t stop fans from sharing their displeasure about his actions on social media.
“All you have to do is get under DK Metcalf’s skin just a little bit, and then he turns into Draymond Green and will meltdown,” one fan said.
“We gotta get DK Metcalf on another team man,” another fan said.
“God I can’t wait for DK Metcalf to be off this team lol,” a third fan said.
“DK Metcalf needs to stop doing this. He always makes these stupid mistakes to hurt the team,” a fourth fan said.
“DK Metcalf is a 27 year old man in his 6th year in the NFL. These things cannot continue to happen. Get him out of this organization,” a fifth fan said.
Metcalf is one of the league’s top wide receivers, but many fans are wondering if his production is worth all of his mental mistakes.
This season, he has 939 yards and four touchdowns despite missing two games.

If he isn’t a good presence in the locker room, the execs in Seattle could decide to move on.
The Seahawks are currently out of a playoff position and would need the Los Angeles Rams to lose some games to get into a postseason spot.
If they don’t make the playoffs, some roster changes could be incoming.
