HUNDREDS of Sky customers have complained that the broadcaster’s TV service is down – just as Celebrity Traitors starts.
A surge in reports was picked up by the Down Detector website from 8pm.

At its peak, almost 1,000 reports were detected.
The issue appears to affect Sky Glass and Sky Stream devices, Sky’s internet-based service which does away with a satellite dish.
Live channels have been impacted, with some failing to load altogether.
Tests by The Sun at 9:30pm suggest that rebooting your Sky Glass or Sky Stream kit doesn’t resolve the problem either.
Sky Q satellite boxes don’t appear to be affected.
“Sky Stream down just in time for Traitors,” one viewer raged.
“sky stream going down right before celebrity traitors starts…” another commented.
A number of customers complained on Sky’s online forums too.
Responding to concerns, a rep said to users: “Hi everyone, just to confirm that Sky are aware and support teams are working hard to get this fixed ASAP.”
