HackerNoon’s new AI detector is now live for all newly submitted drafts! This tool helps our editors ensure that every piece of content published on HackerNoon is either original, assisted by AI (with clear disclosure), or a republication with proper attribution.

A key feature of the tool is its ability to highlight sections of drafts that used AI, as opposed to generalizing about the text as a whole, along with details of the AI model employed (e.g., Gemini, Chat GPT, Claude, etc.).

Discover trending cities and top cities by vote count, meaning you can find which cities are now getting more traction and which are dominating the competition. You can also browse by continent, making it easier to find the startup hub that you’re most interested in.
