SYDNEY Sweeney has not even turned 30 and she’s already built a massive $23 million real estate empire since hitting the big time – some saddled with huge mortgages.
Sydney, 27, shot to fame after appearing on HBO’s hit series Europhia in 2019 and her star continues to rise.

The actress already has at least four properties, some of which were purchased with the help of big loans, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
The properties include a massive $13.5 million Florida oceanside mansion.
She plunked down $3 million for her first home in Los Angeles in 2021, which is now said to be worth $3.8 million.
Syndey still owns the five-bed, four-bath property, described as a “rare offering” online as it hadn’t been on the market for nearly 50 years when she snapped it up.
The Tudor-style home was built in 1933 and sits atop a hillside on a flat lot, according to a previous listing.
The star took out a loan for $2.25 million with City National Bank, according to documents seen by The U.S. Sun, which has to be paid back in full by 2051.
The home boasts an outdoor brick fireplace and room for a pool, along with a spacious front porch and seating area with views of a golf course, and a three-car garage.
Sydney and her fiance Jonathan Davino also bought a $6.2 million Bel Air home at auction in 2023, which is under construction.
After a reported bidding war, the couple paid $250,000 over the original asking price, according to Dirt.com, for the home once owned by iconic Hollywood screenwriter Delmer Daves.
FIXER UPPER
It sits on 1.25 acres with 4,477 square feet of space, offering five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The property needs a lot of work but has serious potential with photographs previously showing its overgrown garden with webs of vines and weeds.
It features a two-story house and a separate guesthouse, with a fully paved pool and a large patio area.
Syndey is rumored to have split from Jonathan – after fans noticed she had deleted a photograph of them kissing on New Year’s Eve from a carousel of images on Instagram.
The pair have been dating since around 2018 and got engaged in 2022.
Jonathan, 41, is a businessman and restaurateur and is originally from Chicago, although he is not thought to own any property there.
According to reports, Jonathan was seen in recent months meeting contractors at their new home while Syndey was staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel nearby.
Property filings seen by The U.S. Sun show they also took out a mortgage on the property with City National Bank for $4.34 million with a maturity date of June 1, 2053.
Syndey also purchased a lavish Florida mansion under a trust in 2024 where she and Jonathan have been pictured on jet skis.
The home was bought in June last year for almost $13.5 million.

Sydney took out a mortgage for just over $8.7 million, according to records seen by The U.S. Sun, which has to be paid back by July 1, 2054.
The home has a whopping six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with 7,720 square feet of space.
The Summerland Keys home is described online as being a private estate and the “epitome of relaxed elegance”.
Incredible features include a custom bronze tarpon fountain, cathedral ceilings, and an unmatched view of the Atlantic Ocean.
It offers a salt-water infinity pool with a swim-up bar with stools.
Other stunning amenities include a gym, a 520-bottle wine room, a 330-gallon aquarium, along with parking for at least six boats and multiple cars.
The actress has been on TV for many years, first gaining attention in 2018 for the series Everything Sucks! and The Handmaid’s Tale.
But it was Euphoria that saw her become a household name seemingly overnight in 2019, while she also starred alongside Brad Pitt in Once Upon A Time In Hollywood in the same year.
Since then, she has landed multiple big-money brand deals and lead roles in several movies and TV shows.
Sydney revealed last year that she paid off her parent’s mortgage after she started cashing big checks.
HELPING FAMILY
Her mom Lisa, a former criminal defense lawyer, and dad Steven, a hospitality professional, bought a five-bed, five-bath property in Spokane, Washington, where the actress grew up.
The U.S. Sun can reveal it was purchased for $570,280 and the couple took out a loan for $417,000 with Timberland Bank.
Talking about paying off the mortgage, Syndey told Who What Wear she felt the need to show their hard work and sacrifice supporting her career was worth it.
She said, “As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do.”
Meanwhile, Sydney has also spoken of purchasing her great-grandmother’s old house, believed to be in Spokane.
During an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she revealed she bought back her family’s generational home around 2022.
“My great-grandma had this beautiful house; it was a two-bedroom cute house that they lived in,” she said.
“My grandma was born in it. My mom was born in it, and then as the kids got older, they built on the property another home.
“And when my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandma got old they just couldn’t afford to keep it anymore.”
She explained, “I called up the owners and I said, ‘I want to buy my great-grandmother’s house back. My [grandma] still lives in the house next door. So I’m neighbors with my [grandma] now.”
Although details of the home remain secret, small two-bedroom homes in Spokane are listed for around $400,000.
