SAVE OVER $800: Get a free iPhone 16 from T-Mobile when you sign up for 24 months of an Experience Beyond plan and transfer your current phone number. No trade in is necessary to score this free deal.

Free is hard to come by these days. In a world of ever-increasing prices, it’s nice to see something that comes for nothing — T-Mobile is offering a free iPhone 16 to those who meet a few simple requirements.

Until Sept. 7, you can get a free iPhone 16 when you sign on for T-Mobile’s Experience Beyond plan, port an eligible phone number, and add a new qualifying line. That means the price of the iPhone 16 (128GB) and the $35 device connection charge, which would normally cost $829.99, are yours for free. What’s not to love?

T-Mobile is also throwing in some extra perks with this deal. For starters, this deal does not require you to trade in your old phone. You’re free to keep that or give it to a younger sibling or to your mom who’s cruising with the iPhone 7 and often asks why it won’t hold a charge.

T-Mobile is also offering to pay off your old phone, at up to $800 per line. The iPhone 16 wowed Mashable’s Kimberly Gedeon. In our review, Gedeon said, “For the battery life increase alone, yes, the entry-level iPhone 16 models are worth it.” In testing, she got 16 hours and 20 minutes of life from the iPhone 16 before it needed extra juice.

Mashable Deals

T-Mobile’s Experience Beyond plan is what the carrier considers its best plan. It comes with tons of perks like free in-flight WiFi during travel days, tons of hotspot data, plenty of international data, and access to T-Mobile’s beta T-Satellite service which works with Starlink. Monthly prices for the Experience Beyond plan start at $100, which comes with a five-year price guarantee.

Instead of paying full price for the latest iPhone, snag it for free from T-Mobile. You’ll be in good hands with the carrier and you can keep your old phone with this deal.
