That year, the Washington-based mobile carrier experienced a major data breach impacting roughly 76 million people.
The 2021 data breach is separate from the 2022 breach involving 37 million.
While T-Mobile denied wrongdoing, it chose to settle the related lawsuit outside of court.
The suit was centered around a violation of a court order.
Now, four years later, eligible customers are receiving compensation.
All court proceedings for the settlement have concluded, according to an update posted on the settlement website said.
Payments are set to go out sometime this month.
Individuals who faced financial harm could get as much as $25,000.
Meanwhile, those without documented losses – even if they didn’t file a claim – may be eligible for up to $25.
California residents, however, may be eligible for up to $100.
Since the $350 million settlement is divided among 76 million people, most payouts could be closer to $4.50 per person before attorney fees are taken out.
Those included in the settlement should have already received a notification.
T-Mobile officers and directors, the presiding judge, judicial staff involved in the case, and anyone who opted out are excluded.
Individuals who filed or served a written arbitration demand are also excluded.
Additionally, it excludes those who filed or served a notice to pursue arbitration against T-Mobile related to the breach.
Anyone unsure whether they were affected can check the lawsuit’s FAQ section.

T-Mobile says no sensitive data, such as payment information, was exposed in the 2023 breach.
The 2021 breach, however, did compromise names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and ID information.
Given the rise in identity theft, that earlier incident remains a major concern.
