Telegram has finally released a new update that will add more layers of privacy for the users along with new monetization tools on the cards as well. The first has claimed that the new design of the app will focus on providing a better experience to the content creators on the platform. Moving forward, we will discuss the features in detail.
Telegram’s new features that you should have a look at
The first one here is the Star Messages available for the Telegram Premium users can now set a fee in Stars for incoming messages from people outside their contacts. The feature will help the creators reduce spam messages while keeping their inboxes organized. Telegram has said that users will be able to customize the settings based on their preferences.
The second one here is the Contact Forms with which all the unknown message senders will see an info page while sending a message to the creators. Telegram said this update will help the creators verify senders and avoid scams as they get to see the sender’s country, common groups, history, and a lot more.
And Telegram has announced that users will now be able to use their earned Stars to gift Premium subscriptions to others. These subscriptions offer the users benefits like faster downloads, exclusive custom emojis, and a lot more to mention here.
In order to send Premium Gifts, users can open a contact’s profile and then tap on the three-dot menu, and select the option to Send a Gift. Apart from that, the users can also pin up to six gifts on their profile. And yes, there are a lot more features to explore including Chromecast, withdraw stars, etc. The update is already available for iOS and Android and you can download the same from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
