Chinese gaming publisher Tencent and Japanese video game company Capcom have launched the official website for their mobile game Monster Hunter: Outlanders, with pre-registration now available. The game preserves the classic Monster Hunter experience while introducing a unique combat system, featuring an open world and character-switching mechanics. Set in the Monster Hunter universe, the game is an open-world survival adventure where players can choose solo gameplay or team up with up to four players in multiplayer mode. The official release date for the game is yet to be announced. In November 2022, Tencent unveiled a partnership with Capcom to develop a mobile title for the Monster Hunter series.
