The Professional Social Network LinkedIn has published a new edition of his list with the companies that are better considered to develop a professional career in Spain. The list, Top Companies 2024, is edited by LinkedIn News, and this year meets its fifth edition in Spain.
The companies that appear in it have more than 5,000 employees worldwide, of which at least 50 are in Spain. It has been developed based on exclusive LinkedIn data, which classify companies based on eight key pillars that are included in their method.
These pillars are as follows: growth capacity, skills development, stability, affinity with the culture of companies, external opportunities, gender diversity, level of employee training and presence of their workers in the country.
This year’s classification contains companies from various key sectors. Among them the technological, the financial, the pharmacist and the industrial. In this order, the 25 companies on the list are the following: Amazon, Oracle, Pfizer, Santander, Gartner, Accenture, Danaher Corporation, Bayer, NTT, Roche, Sanofi, Salesforce, Schneider Electric, Siemens, Ey, Vestas, Astrazeneca, KPMG, Boehringer Ingelheim, Indra, Ericsson, Ericsson, Ericsson Sabadell, BBVA and HP.
