THERE’S a long list of Amazon Prime freebies that you might be missing out on – worth around £2,600.

And if you’re already paying for Amazon Prime each month, you’d be silly not to claim what you’re owed. You could be getting cheap trips to the cinema, free video games and books, and even price-cut takeaways.

Amazon Prime freebie #1 – Deliveroo Silver Plus

One must-claim freebie is Deliveroo Silver Plus, which gets you free food deliveries on eligible orders over £15.

Normally it would cost you £3.49 a month, so that’s a decent saving of nearly £42 with your full year of membership.

Value: £41.88 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #2 – Cheap cinema tickets

Easily missed is Amazon’s partnership with Odeon cinemas, netting you a pair of tickets for £10 each month.

That means you’re getting tickets for £5 apiece, which could save you around £5-£10 (as much as £120 a year) a month depending on the cinema.

You can also upgrade to posh Odeon Luxe seats for £15 – that’s £7.50 each.

Just keep in mind that you can only use the tickets between Monday and Thursday.

Value: Up to £120 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #3 – Free video games to keep

Each month, Amazon gives away a load of free video games as part of its Prime Gaming initiative.

It’s a rolling lot, so you need to claim each month’s haul before it’s replaced by a new selection.

The October 2025 haul was worth just shy of £190, but we’ve seen it climb even higher in previous months.

But if we go off the October value, you could be claiming £2,280 worth of games each year. Don’t miss them!

Value: £2,280 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #4 – Twitch subscription

Another often-forgotten perk of Amazon Prime is the free Twitch subscription you get each month.

Gamers can bag a free Twitch subscription via Amazon PrimeCredit: Amazon

Normally a Twitch subscription costs £4.99 (or £6.49 if you pay via a mobile app).

These subscriptions can be applied to creators to support them, and unlock special benefits on their channels.

And you’ll get a free one to hand out every single month.

Value: £59.88 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #5 – Party games

Amazon runs a service called Luna that lets you play games over the internet rather than needing a physical console.

Normally you’d need to pay for Luna Premium to get the games, which costs £8.99 a month.

But you’ll get loads of them for free if you’re an Amazon Prime member.

There are upwards of 50 games available through the Luna app for Prime members, including about two dozen Game Night party games that you can play locally with family or pals by using your phones as controllers. That includes a hilarious Snoop Dogg: Courtroom Chaos game where the iconic rapper handles your court case as a judge.

It’s hard to put a price on the value of the selection of freebies, but Luna Premium has somewhere between 100 and 150 games, so it’s probably worth at least £3 a month.

WHAT DEVICES SUPPORT LUNA?

Here’s the official explanation from Amazon…

“Players can access Luna across a host of devices they may already own, such as Amazon Fire TV and Fire Tablet devices, select Samsung and LG smart TVs, mobile devices (iOS and Android), desktop devices (PCs, MacBooks, Chromebooks), and more,” Amazon said.

“Additionally, you can easily pair supported Bluetooth controllers or purchase a Luna Controller.

“GameNight titles are also played with simple touch controls on players’ mobile devices.

“Simply scan the QR code on your TV display when prompted and players can interact with the game via simple touch controls displayed on their phones’ web browser.

“The touch inputs for Game Night titles are specifically designed to enable simple controls that anyone can understand, irrespective of their gaming experience.”

Value: £36 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #6 – Amazon Music Unlimited

Your Amazon Prime comes with a couple of handy music perks.

For a start, you can enjoy Amazon Music totally for free with Prime, netting you more than 100 million songs (albeit only via shuffle play).

But you can upgrade to Amazon Music Unlimited for £10.99 a month instead of the usual £11.99 a month if you want the proper experience with regular playback and no ads.

So at the very least, you’re saving £1 a month.

Value: £12 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #7 – Audible

Audible is a massive audiobook platform owned by Amazon, and you can bag a free credit (worth one audiobook) with the standard 30-day free trial.

But if you’re a Prime member, the Audible trial nets you two credits instead.

It’s difficult to say exactly how much an audiobook is worth, but a rough estimate could be £10, which isn’t bad for a one-off freebie.

Value: £10

Amazon Prime freebie #8 – Amazon Photos

If you’re an Amazon Prime member then you can get unlimited free storage for your pics via Amazon Photos.

That’s Amazon’s image cloud storage service, which is a way to back up your pics (and potentially free up space on your devices too).

HOW MUCH DOES AMAZON PRIME COST?

Here’s what you need to know about Amazon Prime pricing in the UK…

A standard Amazon Prime membership costs £8.99 a month – that’s £107.88 over the course of a year.

If you pay annually, you’ll be billed £95 instead.

For TV fans who just want Amazon Prime Video without a full Prime membership, it’ll cost you £5.99 a month, working out at £71.88 for the year.

Students can get discounted Amazon Prime, with the monthly cost reduced to £4.49 (or £53.88 over the course of a year).

And for students who pay annually, the one-off yearly fee is £47.49.

And it also includes 5GB of video storage as a bonus.

Sadly it’s difficult to say exactly how much this is worth, but a paid storage plan for 100GB would cost you £1.49 a month.

Prime members get unlimited storage so the true value is much higher, but that’s at least a starting point.

Value: £17.88 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #9 – Free book

Amazon also gives you one of next month’s new Kindle book releases for free.

It’s through the Amazon First Reads programme, and is a freebie for Prime members.

The value of the book could vary, but it’ll typically be worth at least £0.99, so you’ll save just shy of £12 a year with this – and potentially more.

Value: £11.88 a year

Amazon Prime freebie #10 – Amazon Kids+

Amazon Prime is brimming with freebiesCredit: Amazon

Amazon Kids+ is a special service that is meant to help children aged between three and 12 to “learn, grow and explore”.

“Kids enjoy access to kid-friendly ad-free books, videos, educational apps, and more,” Amazon explains.

“Parents control the experience through an easy-to-use parent dashboard.”

Normally, Amazon Kids+ costs £6.99 a month, but Prime members can get it for £4.99 instead – so that’s a £2-per-month saving.

Value: £24 a year
