So naturally, when sales like Amazon’s Prime Day roll around, we make sure to track all the deals on which models we’ve tried (and those that are in our testing pipeline). With Amazon’s sale officially live, the headphones deals are showing out strong.

So far, if you’re looking for over-ear headphones, you’ll have your pick of $100-plus discounts from Apple and Sony. If you’re looking at earbuds, you’ll also be able to grab great deals on AirPods, Beats, and more. The only category that hasn’t picked up a ton of steam yet is open earbuds, but we’ll be keeping an eye out for any deals that crop up. The new Sony XM6 headphones were just released on May 15, but they’re already on sale for around $20 off, putting them at $428 at Amazon. Now, I’ll be the first to admit that a $20 price drop doesn’t exactly put these flagship cans in the bargain price range. But since this Prime Day deal is the first-ever discount on XM6 headphones, I had to share the news.
