With its 900 W hyperdymium engine, a new self-demolish brush and an improved washing function, the Dyson V16 Animal Piston intends to seduce those who want a complete maintenance of their interior, without compromise between power and practicality.
A redesigned engine for more power
At the heart of this new vacuum cleaner, Dyson introduces a 900 W hyperdymium engine, an evolution called Gen4.1 which offers a suction power of 315 AW. It is 50 % more than the previous high -end model, and the brand highlights the maintenance of the power over time thanks to its Dynamic Cyclone technology. This adds additional cyclones in Boost mode to deliver an even stronger suction when the situation requires it, while optimizing autonomy.
The new Cones Sense brush is undoubtedly the most telling innovation for everyday life. It is made up of two conical rollers and automatically disasks hair and animal hair before sending it directly to the collector. Its shape guides the locks from the center to the outside, preventing them from hanging on the brush. Another asset, it detects the type of floor and adjusts the speed of rotation as well as the suction power, slowing down on hard floors for more softness and silence, and accelerating on carpets for reinforced efficiency.
A more successful washing mode
The Dyson V16 Animal Piston is not content to vacuum: it also washes. Its Submarine 2.0 washing brush was reviewed with a high density microfiber roll, capable of cleaning up to 110 m² thanks to its 300 ml tank. The system separates clean water and dirty water, while automatically cleaning the damp roll. For tenacious stains, a hydration boost mode is offered, and the brush is compatible with the new Dyson O2 Probiotic solution, specially formulated for hard floors.
A collector who compresses the dust
Dyson also introduces the Cleancomompaktor system, a collector who compresses dust and debris, allowing to store up to three times more dirt than a V12. It empties a simple gesture and automatically scrapes the internal walls, in order to eliminate hair and dust in a hygienic way. Depending on the brand, the device can thus contain up to 30 days of dust and debris.
In addition, the V16 Piston Animal is compatible with the MyDYSON application, which provides personalized maintenance advice and real -time alerts to extend the life of the device. We also find a HEPA filtration system capable of capturing 99.99 % of particles of less than 0.1 micron, LED lighting to reveal the invisible dust, as well as new accessories designed for simplified daily use such as a cleaning kit for carpets and mattresses, a car kit, an animal kit to eliminate hairs and dims from grooming, or even a kit to reach the height zones. A self-demolishing motorized mini-brush is also included, ideal for animal hair on the sofas.
Price and availability
The Dyson V16 Animal Piston will be available from September 10. The full version with Submarine 2.0 washing brush will be offered at 999 euros. A variation without the washing function will be sold for 849 euros, while an exclusive edition on the manufacturer’s site incorporating a meticulous cleaning kit will be marketed at 899 euros. Note that an automatic emptying station station, with a 3 -liter bag to contain up to 60 days of dust, will soon arrive as an option.
