When it comes to high-end soundbars, the Sonos Arc Ultra is a fantastic pick – and it’s now even more tempting at this lower price.

Typically retailing for £999, the high-end soundbar from Sonos has picked up a 10% discount, bringing it down to £899.

This price matches the previous low we’ve seen the Sonos Arc Ultra drop to on Amazon, and it’s a good price if you’re after this particular soundbar.

The Sonos Arc Ultra does it best to emulate an entire theatre’s worth of audio equipment into one easy-to-set-up box that sits below your TV. We were impressed by the overall package when we reviewed it, especially for those who already have a Sonos system setup and want an easy-to-add solution.

9.1.4 surround sound with Dolby Atmos creates an audio experience that sucks you in as you feel the action on-screen move all around you in a dynamic 3D listening space that adds layer upon layer to whatever you’re watching.

With integrated voice control, you don’t even need to pick up a remote control to start watching the latest films and TV shows, and you can even set the volume and skip tracks if you’re listening to music.

Because its sound is so rich and layered, the Sonos Arc Ultra can handle every genre, and shows and films like The Mandalorian and Succession stand out as seeming like they’ve been built for this soundbar from the jump. As a bonus, the sound quality is just as impressive when listening to music.

What did we think of the Sonos Arc Ultra?

Better dialogue, better bass, better overall

  • Detailed, clean dialogue

  • Excellent bass

  • Expandable through other Sonos speakers

  • No DTS:X support

  • Only HDMI eARC

In our review, we said, “A genuine improvement on the original, the Sound Motion woofer adds more detailed bass, but the entire soundscape is better, while dialogue is much clearer and easier to hear.”

Our review verdict continued, “This soundbar sounds phenomenal and can be expanded with up to two subs and wireless rear speakers.”
