THE Voice fans have raged that John Legend’s finalist Renzo was ‘robbed’ after Team Michael Buble’s contestant Adam David was the shocking winner of season 27.
The Team Buble finalist made history as the first Instant Save contestant who ended up winning the season over Renzo and Team Kelsea Ballerini’s Jaelen Johnston.

Michael Buble’s other finalist, Jadyn Cree, also made the finale but was eliminated earlier in the episode – along with Team Adam Levine’s Lucia Flores-Wiseman.
The moment of truth came down to host Carsen Daly revealing tonight’s results to top three Adam, Renzo and Jaelen.
Renzo was announced as first runner-up – something that appeared to upset his coach, John, 46, who whispered that he “deserved” to win this season.
It then came down to a tense moment between the Team Buble and Team Ballerini finalists as both of the coaches watched on with anxiety.
It was then revealed that Michael, 49, won his second season in a row when Adam was crowned the winner.
Once his name was read as the champ, Adam was overcome with emotion and broke down in tears of joy.
“I love you, man. You’re my kind of artist… Congratulations, I knew you’d get here,” Michael gushed to the contestant.
His win makes history as Adam is the first instant-save contestant to win the entire season.

Earlier this season, Adam faced elimination in the semi-finals round after being a solo-chair turnaround during the blind auditions.
Despite Michael picking Adam to move on through the Battle Round, Knockout Round and the Playoffs, things took a turn when viewers got their chance to vote.
During the semi-finals, the first time the results are up to the fans and not just the coaches, Adam was in the bottom four and had to sing for his life to not be eliminated.
He ended up narrowly escaping elimination and secured his spot in the finale – ultimately winning the whole thing as the first Instant Save contestant to do so.
Michael looked stunned when Adam was named the winner – appearing motionless with his jaw on the floor for a moment before walking towards his co-star Kelsea to give her a hug.
Adam and Michael then embraced and shared the happy moment together, but others at home were less enthusiastic about the result.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one viewer wrote: “The Voice is a joke.
“Do people not know what good singing sounds like anymore? (Inc the judges). There are 20 people in my smallish church alone that sing far better than this winner or ANY of the top 5.”

“RENZO GOT COMPLETELY ROBBED! RENZO SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE WINNER OF NBC #THEVOICE. THIS IS TOTALLY BOGUS! PATHETIC,” another raged.
“No freakin way did that dude win.. Reno was robbed,” sounded off a third.
“Well America failed again. Renzo was the best from the start and definitely didn’t deserve 3RD PLACE,” a fourth fired off.
Earlier in the evening, Adam and Michael reunited again on stage and performed the song, The Weight, by the artist, The Band.
Production for season 28 of The Voice starts this Summer as Michael will return for his third year as a coach.
The Canadian crooner will be joined by returning coaches Snoop Dogg, Niall Horan and Reba McEntire.
