The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra with exceptional performances marks the excessive ambitions of the Chinese technological giant with technical characteristics that compete with the largest names in the sector and a strategic tariff positioning.
An electric motorization that breathes
Equipped with a configuration with three electric motors – two V8S motors at the rear and a V6S engine at the front – this sedan develops a combined power of 1,548 horsepower! This power debauchery allows her to reach 0 to 100 km/h in just 1.98 seconds, making her the fastest four -door standard sedan ever produced. Its announced maximum speed of 350 km/h positions it in the very closed circle of hypercars, a feat all the more remarkable since it is an entirely electric vehicle. Xiaomi engineers also paid particular attention to the dynamics of the vehicle, with an adaptive suspension system and an optimal weight distribution to guarantee good handling, even at high speed.
The ultra SU7 also impresses by its ability to maintain high -level performance on circuit. The tests carried out on the legendary circuit of the Nürburgring Nordschleife (Record of the Tour in 6’46 ″ 874) demonstrated the endurance of the car, which can chain several rounds at full power without undergoing the degradation of performance usually observed on electric vehicles. This feature is due to a sophisticated cooling system of batteries and engines, specially designed to withstand the extreme constraints of the race conditions. Technical data reveal that Ultra SU7 can maintain its maximum performance for longer than most of its direct competitors, including certain models such as Tesla Plaid or Porsche Taycan.
Un design premium
Its rated silhouette is the result of in -depth work on aerodynamics, with a coefficient of draft fairly low by 0.185, among the best on the current automotive market. The aggressive front side has a distinctive light signature which subtly recalls the technological heritage of Xiaomi. The fluid lines extend on the sides to the rear where an imposing diffuser and an active wing optimize the deportance at high speed. Exterior design is not just a matter of aesthetics, but a real search for aerodynamic efficiency which contributes directly to the performance of the vehicle.

The Ultra SU7 interior uses first quality materials, with a predominance of Alcantara, carbon and aluminum. The driving station is resolutely oriented towards the driver, with a flavor sports steering wheel incorporating many orders. The user interface revolves around a 16.1 inch central touch screen completed by a 12.3 -inch digital dashboard. These screens not only offer conventional driving information, but also specific data on circuit performance, such as Tour time, temperatures of critical components or forces G. Connectivity is ensured by the hyperos system of Xiaomi, specially suitable for the automobile and offering perfect integration with the manufacturer’s ecosystem.

An ultra-fast battery
At the heart of the ultra SU7 is the Qilin 2.0 battery developed by CATL, with a capacity of 93.7 kWh. This new generation battery uses chemistry based on lithié iron phosphate (LFP) enriched with silicon, offering an excellent compromise between energy density, safety and longevity. In CLTC cycle, the announced autonomy reaches 620 kilometers, a figure which, although slightly lower than certain competitors, remains high given the performance of the vehicle. However, the real revolution lies in the recharging speed, since the ultra SU7 can drop from 10% to 80% battery in just 11 minutes on the compatible charging stations!

The electrical architecture of the Ultra SU7 works under a voltage of 800 volts, allowing charging powers exceeding 600 kW under optimal conditions. To preserve the sustainability of the battery Despite these ultra -rapid charges, Xiaomi has developed a particularly sophisticated thermal management system with a double -loop liquid cooling circuit which maintains the temperature of the cells in an optimal range, even during intensive circuit sessions or high -power consecutive recharges. The battery is also designed to withstand more than 1,500 complete load cycles before descending under 80% of its initial capacity.

A Price that is aggressive on this category
Launched in China at 529,900 yuan (around 70,000 euros), it displays a price significantly lower than that initially announced during the presales. With comparable performance, its direct competitors such as the Porsche Taycan Turbo S or the Tesla Model S Plaid display significantly higher prices. The commercial success of SU7 Ultra has already exceeded all Xiaomi expectations since the 10,000 copies planned for annual production have been entirely reserved in just two hours!
Note that the circuit version of the Ultra SU7, with “Racing Package”, is offered at around 83,000 euros. It includes specific elements such as semi-sklica tires, a reinforced braking system and optimized suspension settings for the track. A limited edition “Nürburgring Nordschleife” was also presented, celebrating the record set by the car on this legendary circuit.
The manufacturer has confirmed its intention to market its vehicles in Europe before 2030, with a progressive approach which will start with certain strategic markets such as Germany, France and the Nordic countries, particularly receptive to electric vehicles. This expansion will be accompanied by the deployment of a dedicated concession network and service centers.
