For any fellow Apple aficionados out there, you will already know that, even at full price, the AirPods Pro 3 were an easy device to recommend.
Despite their smaller stature and more comfortable fit, the soundscape of the AirPods Pro 3 has made an enormous jump. Bass lines are now deep and rumbling, while clarity and sharpness have brought out previously unheard details in favourite tracks.
Adding to the experience is the inclusion of Spatial Audio, Apple’s method of establishing an immersive listening space around you, making you feel as if you’re right in the middle of an arena when listening to live performances.
The Pro 3 have also been shown to boast a comfortable fit, improved noise cancellation and even better battery life, all of which go a great distance in making the AirPods Pro 3 an unparalleled experience for people heavily integrated into Apple’s software.
For all that they offer, the Apple AirPods Pro 3 still go unchallenged as the best earbuds for Apple fans, although their price tag did sway things in a slightly different direction. At $199, however, they’re back on top.
There are many welcome upgrades here, from battery life to improved sound and more capable ANC. But, for me, the addition of a heart rate monitor and the far more comfortable fit are the big reasons to plump for the AirPods 3.
