This amazing Galaxy Buds 3 Pro deal is enough to make Apple users jealous

For its October Prime Day event, Amazon has just slashed the price of Samsung’s top-level earbuds.

As much as I love my AirPods Pro 2, I have never seen Apple’s in-ear headphones (more recently replaced by the AirPods Pro 3) go for anything less than £169, and even that is a bargain against their original £229 asking price.

By comparison, you can now get the competing Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for the absurdly cheap price of just £139. That’s a major drop on their £219 RRP, and given that they work with iPhones as well as Android handsets, I think they’re genuinely worth considering over Apple’s buds for sheer value alone.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are an epic steal

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are now mega cheap, making for a tempting to both Android and iPhone users alike.

The first thing you’ll notice about the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro is that while they have partially copied Apple’s homework on the design front, adopting a very Apple-esque white, there are quite a few flourishes that help them to stand out. The ‘Blade Lights’ on the outer portion of each stem can light up as you listen, and the tiny portion of either blue or orange on either bud can let you know immediately which one is meant for which ear.

Of course, the most important aspect of any pair of earbuds is going to be the sound quality, but Samsung’s put together a very enjoyable soundscape here. Samsung has continued to develop its prowess in this area with each new release and now it’s managed to reach a point where it can deliver a very energetic sound that really brings each song to life.

With a solid amount of weight afforded to every layer of a song, it’s the ideal sound profile to accommodate every type of genre with ease. What emboldens the audio ever further is the excellent noise cancelling baked into the earbuds. Our A/V Editor Kob Monney was able to use the earbuds on public transport and still enjoy his go-to playlists with ease.

What ties the whole package together is that you can get a total of 26 hours of use with ANC enabled. That’s more than enough to get you through a long-haul flight, so if you’d rather listen to a few podcasts on your phone than peruse the onboard entertainment, you’ll be covered.

At just £139, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are an undeniable bargain, and well worth considering regardless of whether you use an Android device or an iPhone.
