If you need a laptop that can keep up with high-power games, then you couldn’t do much better than the Medion Erazer Beast 16 X1 Ultimate. Powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and Nvidia’s most powerful laptop GPU RTX 5090, the Erazer Beast handles absolutely everything in its stride.
Power aside, we were also impressed with its 16-inch MiniLED display which is naturally fitted with plenty of premium screen technologies to ensure brilliant colour accuracy, smooth and lag-free animations and a high peak brightness.
If you’ve used a gaming laptop before, you’ll know one area they tend to let themselves down in is battery life. However, fortunately we were impressed with the Erazer Beast’s stamina, as we found it lasted just shy of seven hours during our battery test.
Of course, the exact battery life will depend on multiple factors but generally this is an impressive feat and one to keep in mind.
Our reviewer concluded that the Medion Erazer Beast 16 X1 Ultimate provides “class-leading gaming performance in a laptop that also benefits from a sublime Mini LED screen and a great port selection, as well as surprisingly solid battery life.”
In fact, the only real negative they could find was with its high price cost.
